What is your perfect weekend?
Spending time with my family by the sea, followed by a great meal with the finest wine.
Where is your favourite place in the world?
As a child we had many holidays in Sidmouth, Devon.
Not a great deal happens there, but I always have fond memories of those holidays.
If you could be one age for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
Wow that is real tough one. Having two children, I would never want my life without them.
But I would say 21. Life was very simple, no pressures and no stresses.
I had just met my now wife and building our relationship was a great time.
Oh yes, the sun shone every single day then as well!!
Last book your read and film you watched and would recommend?
I am neither a great reader of books nor an avid film fan.
However, the books I do like to read are autobiographies; the last one was David Jason – My Life on Screen.
I had to think really hard about great films. I remember watching Silence of the Lambs in a New York hotel.
A great film.
Who is your inspiration?
My father was a hard worker who provided for our family, and was always there for us.
I would be proud to be just a little like him.
What is most adventurous thing you’ve done?
I have never climbed Everest or jumped out of an aircraft so….
Back in 1996 I was made redundant, I had a young family and no job.
Realising that there such thing as job security, I moved into the box room and started what is now ib3.
It has been a roller-coaster ride, but I wouldn’t change a thing.
If you had to eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Can I say Antipasto – if not Moussaka
If you won the lottery, what is the first thing that you would buy?
A luxurious boat. I would probably sell it very quickly, but I have always been attracted to the sea.
What is creativity to you?
Something that is original, memorable and makes me smile.
