BMI were looking for a solution to enable staff to access and complete internal administration forms online, via mobile devices.

This simple browser-based solution enables staff to access a range of forms 'on the go' and on completion and submission the form data is sent to the required distribution list and stored in a database for additional reporting and analysis.

The platform enables the client to manage the entire process, including the creation and updating of the actual forms themselves.
