Following an event, the organiser is invited via email to feedback. A link in the email takes the customer to an online feedback form and on submission the data is stored in an online database.
etc.venues have access to a fully-featured reporting system to view the data and respond to any individual customer's comments, where applicable. The data is benchmarked across all of their venues to enable the executive team to monitor performance and identity quickly, strengths and weaknesses.
