Case Study: Knauf

The Brief

More than just manufacturers of Plasterboard, they were looking to increase the brand awareness and generate leads for four specialist products.

The Solution

As Google Certified Partners we were able illustrate to Knauf the benefit of Pay Per Click advertising to generate high quality relevant traffic to their website. Remarketing was then to be used to target advertisements to this audience that had previously visited the website as they browse elsewhere around the internet.

A strong theme was required to grab attention. ib3 created the concept that there is "More to Discover with Knauf". The “Discover Knauf” theme was then visualised with motion graphics using Google Web designer to create Html5 ads. The idea was that the shape of the product would build up to reveal the brand name and ending with the ‘Discover Knauf’ tagline. Using the bold bright secondary colours from Knauf’s corporate colour palette and the use of moving, appearing shapes created an eye-catching campaign.

The Results

The campaign generated 70,000 visitors and 4,000 conversions, proving that Google Partners do make a difference.
