Case Study: Skinny Tan

The Brief

Since appearing on Dragons Den in 2012 Skinny Tan has seen tremendous growth. Having worked with ib3 for a number of years, we were asked to work with their marketing team to grow their customer base and increase PPC sales.

The Solution

A detailed audit was undertaken to identify opportunities across both organic and existing paid search campaigns. Competitor, generic and branded terms were thoroughly researched. A complete repositioning of focus was implemented across the complete range of products. Dynamic Ads complemented Search ads and Price & Promotion extensions added a new dimension to campaigns.

The Results

Immediately ROI targets was smashed. Direct sales targets were beaten by 216%. Branded sales achieved a Media Efficiency Ratio 13.95. Nearly 3 million impressions were recorded with a CTR in excess of 15%.
